Green goodness avocado & feta dip

This delicious green dip is packed with fibre, healthy fat and protein. It will fill you up without making your blood sugar spike and make you feel sluggish. Pair it with your favourite veggies, our high in protein peanut bites and some nuts for a satisfying meal or a healthy mid afternoon snacking plate.
Ingredients for the dip:
1 ripe avocado
50g of feta cheese
80g of green peas
1 tbs of lemon juice
1-2 tbs of water (start with one tbs and slowly add more water to reach a desired consistency)
Black pepper and salt
1 blender
Serve with your favourite veggies and enjoy!
